To order by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express:  Have your Item Name, Code, and Price plus Shipping ready.  Go to the "Order" page, click on the Paypal logo, and fill out the form.  For more than one packet or kit, see shipping chart on "Order" page for amount. 
To order by snail mail:  Go to the "Order" page, print the order form, fill out, and mail with payment by money order, cashier's check, or personal check.
Orders paid by credit card, money order, or cashier's check will be mailed or shipped as soon as possible.  Approximately 2-3 days after receipt of funds. 
Orders paid by personal check will be held until check has time to clear.  Approximately 7-10 days after receipt of funds.
