Seminar dates are Friday May 2nd and Saturday May 3rd, 2008

Class size will be limited to 25 students.

Class schedule is 9 A.M.--4 P.M. each day.

The seminar will be held at Skyridge Medical Center in their Education facility. Food will be available in the hospital cafeteria or other restaurants are close by. Parking is free in the hospital's covered parking garage. Accommodations, if needed, are available at the Douglas Inn and Suites which is locally owned (Phone 423-559-5579), fairly new, and just off Exit 25 (25th Street). The Cracker Barrel is next to the Inn and there are several other restaurants and fast food places in the area. Skyridge Medical Center is only a mile or so East of Exit 25 on Chambliss Avenue. Everything is easily accessible.

The Seminar fee is $90.00 for one day and $150.00 for both days. Surface fees are $29.50 for the Rooster design taught on Friday and $36.50 for the Johnny Apple Seed project. Each surface fee includes the surface (a high quality bentwood box since the trays are no longer available) and Mary Jane will do all preparation, basecoating, and transferring of the design to the surface for you. You will receive the box the morning of the class and it will be ready to paint. **You may bring your own surface or surfaces if you do not wish to purchase Mary Jane's.**

**Registration deadline is Thursday, April 10th, 2008. **

**No surfaces will be ordered until the surface fee is paid.**

Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled 10 days before seminar. In case of emergency and notification is made 24 hours in advance of seminar date, refund will be made minus a $10.00 per class processing fee.
